How do I start using the Web Hosting service?
Once you have purchased a Web Hosting package
for your Domain Name with Cam Organisation, you need to take the following steps to begin using the
service:Upload your
website using FTP
To upload the content of your website to our server, you need to add
FTP user(s) from your Control Panel.
You can configure and use any FTP client to
upload content to your website.

Access your Website
The email sent to you when you purchase the Web Hosting package specifies a
temporary URL that you can use to view your website in a web browser.
In order to point your Domain Name to your website, you need to

change the Name Servers of your Domain Name to ours
OR
create the necessary DNS Records on the existing Name Servers
Follow the
process outlined below to know what Name Servers you need to use or what DNS
Records you need to create, in case you use the existing Name Servers:
- Login to your
Control Panel, search for the Domain Name for which you have purchased this service
and go to the Order details view.

Click View Name Server Details
in the lower toolbar.
Here, you
would find the list of Name Servers you need to set for your Domain Name. Alternatively, if you wish to retain the Name
Servers of your Domain
Name instead of using our Name Servers, you would need to add the
DNS Records listed on this page, on your Name Servers.
